Terrible service. My order was over 40 minutes late, and it was incorrect. When I called at 15 minutes late they said the driver left 20 minutes ago... They are 3 minutes from me. Then at 25 minutes late they said they have been in the way, still. Then at 35 minutes late we said our food will now be cold since they have been in the way for going on 40 minutes now. They said oh no they just left now... Hm? Then, like I said, the order was incorrect. Highly disappointed &will definitely not be reordering with them.

The setup is very similar to Panda Express, however the food is watered-down and flavorless across the board. The prices are comparable to Panda Express as well. Similar to Panda Express, they also allow you to taste test most of the items on the hot case. However most of the food, the chicken, the beef, even the noodles have a fishy aftertaste. All of the sauces are 90% water with sauce added to it and even with the sauce the chicken is dry and chewy and old tasting. Anything with breaded chicken is saturated with water so the breading is soggy and cold.

The lady who took my order over the phone was so sweet and patient very polite and I love their food. ❤️

Asian Express food is so bomb. The employees are super helpful and now they have Thai Rolled Ice Cream :) which was so good I almost busted. Overall the food is very good and 10/10 would recommend.
