So... had a not so great experience at this location. The girl got my order wrong and acted as if it was my fault with a bit of attitude. They were actually rude from the minute I walked in. Not busy at the time but only had one person working and seemed uninterested in being there. I'm sorry but for what this place charges for a damm burger they should at least be nicer and more attentive to customers. After order was corrected she took another customers order before starting what she already forgot on mine. After I realized I didn't want to wait I asked her to cancel the order and which she didn't pay to and made anyway. After I explained I was leaving and didn't want the additional food I got another order of attitude. Don't need this nonsense at $20 , plenty of other options in Melrose pk

Next time I'll buy frozen beef patties from the local supermarket. Spend $26 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 small drinks. The peanuts at the entrance had better flavor. "WILL NEVER GO BACK!!"

Friendly and super attentive staff! The place is always spotless, too!! One of the best Five Guys I've been to thus far.
