Made an appointment with the call center. They scheduled us for 930 the next morning. Got here they didn't have us scheduled. Called call center back. They scheduled us for the next day and the office said those times were already taken. Fast forward to next day. Our appointment is at 10 am. And it was 11:15 am before they seen us. I would say if you could go anywhere else before going there.
They have the friendliest staff, very personable, never a long wait. The staff has really become like family. My dentist and his assistant always talk me through the procedure and make me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental Office.
Tremendous staff! Leslye is the best office manager ever! My surgeon was personable, fun and exceeded my hopes. Fabulous dental group, their people make a huge impact and difference. Very impressed with Aspen! Excellent service and very caring staff.
Called and made an appointment for my wife to get a tooth pulled. She’s 33 weeks pregnant and has a tooth causing a lot of pain. Made an appointment to have the tooth pulled this morning. We get there and the receptionist tells us they can’t do anything today but an exam. They just blamed it on the “call center”.
From a dentistry standpoint couldn’t be happier. They did an excellent job on my initial check up. Explained everything very well, and explained my treatment options in a very easy to understand way. The only issue I had was scheduling. When calling the national number the patient has to rely on the local office to call and confirm the appointment date. In my case this did not happen, so I had to reschedule after showing up to the local office for the appointment scheduled by the National office. Not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience. If not for that slight hiccup I would have given them 5 stars.
While our care here was ok, we were not able to get regular 6-month cleaning/checkups because our appointments kept getting canceled for various reasons... most of these appointments were canceled without a courtesy call/text/email to inform me. My family and I don't have high dental needs, just like our teeth to be cleaned and checked on every 6 months and Aspen was not able to do that for us. After 3 years of trying to be patient with this office and despite our insurance coverage, we are moving to different dentist.
The techs were quick and ran smoothly. The dentist explained everything and got right to the heart of the matter. There were so many options! I think I made the best choice and the insurance and schedule person made it so I CAN have the choice I desire!
i cried so hard soon as i saw my smile, absolutely awesome crew who made the entire 'denture-adventure' a breeze! dr. joe has the sweetest smile & cassie knocked the construction & artistry outta the park sculpting my grille. well worth the 2hr commute from omaha. i am 4ever grateful 2 all the forces that aided this 2 completion.
Aspen Dental on SE 14th in DSM, never submitted a claim to my insurance company after twice providing the documents. Now over a year so the insurance company said they waited to long and won't pay. They have a collection agency texting me today and have never tried to contact me to resolve. VERY POOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT. GO ELSEWHERE.
Great cleaning professional. Thanks the dentist for seeing me and answering e r my questions. Super job this time!
