I made a huge mistake by going there. I went in for the "free cleaning" and exam and walked out paying over $500. Much of what they did wasn't medically necessary according to Delta Dental and therefore not paid for. The hygienist told me I needed a deep cleaning where they numb you up. Afterwards, she told me "they weren't so bad when I got in there." I wonder how many times a day she does an oopsy daisy to run up bills? Now I am having to have a tooth removed and an implant done as my new dentist says, "she may have been a bit aggressive in her cleaning." done on a tooth that had a root canal and crown, but was fine. It now wiggles like a loose tooth when we were little. Worst experience ever and is costing me over $2,000 for a "free cleaning and exam".

I had a wonderful experience today. I have just relocated to the area so this was my first visit and I was treated by Dr. Halkias who was great ! I couldn't have been more impressed with the friendliness and competency of the staff. I highly recommend.

Ladies at the front were very kind and helpful. The doctor (white or Hispanic woman?) was rude. Did not greet me, checked my teeth and walked out. Called today, was on hold for 30 minutes. Some man answered the phone, I asked for my treatment information to be sent to my email. He did not. Do not visit this location.

All the LADIES were extremely nice and informative. They were able to get me in immediately. I will definitely be going back. I give it 5 stars.

Aspen Dental has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called to make an appointment for my husband and I to get a cleaning. The lady taking the phone call kept on pushing for us to get X-rays. However, I specifically stated we only needed to get a cleaning since this is the only service covered by our insurance. The lady then advertised the X-rays as a free service. I asked to clarify and she clearly said it was a free service and she also said that we would get the cleaning done that same day. My husband and I went to the appointment and it was a total waste of time. They tried to sell all types of services including an electronic toothbrush and they did not provide us with the service of the cleaning, for this we had to make a second appointment. At the checkout the facility manager tried to make us sign a promissory payment note for a service we had not even received yet. I asked her, "are you trying to make me sign for a service I have not received?" She said, "yes, it is a store procedure." Needless to say, I did not sign. Right away when getting home I called to cancel our upcoming appointment for our cleaning since I had already seen a lot of unethical procedures from their part. Later, we got a bill for the same X-rays that were advertised to us as a free service. I called the store manager and asked her to please listen to the recording of my call making the appointment so that she could verify that the X-rays were advertised as a free service. Later that week I called and the store manager assured me that the bill would be cancelled and our balance was zero. Our appointment was in July and now in December I continue to get the same X-rays bill. I have called every single month since then every time I get the same bill and the store manager continues to assure me every single month that we have a zero balance. So, how is it that we keep on being bothered by the same bill and having to make the same phone call every single month? I have been very patient about writing this review hoping that their customer service would come across and finally show me some respect by clearing up this undeserved inconvenience. I am very organized with my finances and having this open debt with an empty promise of "it has been taken care of" is not something I want to leave lingering. Tomorrow it makes 6 full months since our appointment and I can't believe I am still having to deal with this. Going to Aspen Dental has been a huge mistake and I am sick of their unprofessionalism and mediocracy. Aspen Dental, you receive zero starts from me. The only reason why you have one start in this review is so that the system would allow me to post it. However, Aspen Dental, you are in negative starts and you actually owe me some good customer service procedures.
