Dr. Aiken and his entire staff are absolutely the best in the Upstate. He is always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to help you. His staff is courteous, always professional and laughter is in the office. Which tells me his place of work is fun for the staff. I have been going here for years and cannot brag enough about the entire team. From check in to check out- this office provides excellent service.

Dedicated Dentistry is a fitting name. The staff here is very friendly, attentive, and thorough. You feel welcome immediately from the front office when you enter and don't wait long. Dr Aiken is very caring and treats his patients and staff respectfully. I would definitely recommend Dedicated Dentistry to anyone searching for somewhere to care for their teeth.

I have been going to Dr. Aiken my whole life. Barton was great for me as a kid. He told me things like, "Open your mouth wide like an alligator!" while checking out my teeth and was gentle with my baby teeth during all my cavity fillings. I have continued to go to him as an adult because he is wonderful at his job and all the people in his staff treat me like family. Very professional while having the best time you can while at the dentist! I gave Dedicated Dentistry 5 stars but I would give them 100 if I could.

Yesterday was my 2nd appointment. I was pleased to be recognized and remembered. The office personnel is professional and courteous. Dr. Aiken included me in every step of my care. He gave me his professional opinion for possible treatments choices for my care with advantages and disadvantages for each . I recommend this practice if you're looking for a dentist.

Some people cringe when they think about going to the dentist! I look forward to the visit. I am always greeted with warm smiles and a short time for conversation. Then they put a q-tip into my mouth with numbing medicine, followed by a paraffin hand treatment, and then I get to recline into a comfortable position while they bring a blanket so that I will be temperature-happy followed by a round pillow for my neck and last by not least the television is adjusted to my desired viewing. By time they finally begin working on my teeth I am so relaxed the shot and the drill mean absolutely nothing to me. I always call a visit to his office as a visit to the spa!
