Very friendly. The Wait time wasn't very long. Communication has been great. I was informed of everything as it happened. My first visit, I was placed in the chair and was informed of a procedure that was going to be carried out, but then it was explained to me the computers were down. Therefore, I had to reschedule back in the following week..I was also set up with their recommended financial consultant who arrange for payment plans to make it affordable to obtain dental care. I was very pleased. Thank you!

Appointment was at 2:30 PM to have a disabled brother evaluated for first time dentures.  The wait in the chair was an hour, so we weren't seen until 3:30PM.  However, the staff were courteous,  and once we were seen by Dr. Young, he was thorough giving realistic explanations of expectations.   However, since impressions were taken only, our journey is only begin.  I have high expectations for Aspen Dental as I would any other health care system.  I am feeling positive.

This happened to me in 2016; however, I still get angry thinking about it. I went to Aspen Dental in Lexington for a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist immediately started with scare tactics concerning my gums. My gums have always been large and no other dentists have ever been concerned. The dental hygienist and dentist both told essentially told me I would lose my teeth if I didn't IMMEDIATELY get a very expensive treatment plan of root planing and scaling, as well as maintenance visits. I was in graduate school, working as a teaching assistant, and paying for a wedding. I was crying in the financial office thinking I would have to get a student loan just to "save my teeth." 

Luckily for me, my fiance was in dental school. When I called him crying, he thought something was off. So, I got a second and a third opinion. Both of those dentists immediately thought Aspen Dental was scamming me for the money.  Here I am two years later with my teeth still intact - shocking! Just had my routine cleaning last weekend (elsewhere obviously), and the dentist had no concerns whatsoever. 

Aspen Dental in Lexington also scared my friend who was also in college into the root planing and scaling. It is a LOT of money, and they apparently target a lot of young women into getting it. Please be careful with any treatments you receive there, and get a second opinion if it just doesn't feel right. Corporate dentistry is a $$ scam, and it's not worth their convenient hours.

I had an appointment showed up 5 minutes early they took me straight back at the time of my appointment. The hygienist was very good super helpful and very informative. Great experience all around.

Would recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff to help you with anything you need. Explain exactly what they are doing and help you with payment options if needed. Will be going back.
