I was terrified to go to the dentist after many years of neglect and issues that I had been avoiding having to address.  I went to ImmediaDent after weeks of tooth pain with no relief, expecting the resulting exam to be (like many of my previous dentist experiences) one filled with their harsh judgement and my embarrassment.  Instead, I my fear was met with understanding, empathy and solutions from everyone in the room.  It turned out my teeth were nowhere near the state I had been imagining and the staff seemed so genuinely excited about helping me restore both my teeth and trust in dentists that I was truly blown away.  After a few x-rays, they were able to see everything that needed to be done in order to bring my mouth back to full health and provided me with their full assessment and a list of the necessary treatments (which included many helpful visual aids including my x-rays, a computer generated illustration of my teeth and locations of the procedures, and a full breakdown of the cost along with what my insurance was going to cover - they had already contacted and approved everything with them!).  After I gave them the go-ahead to proceed, the dentist decided to do most of the work right away!  I was honestly blown away with the urgency with which they treated my issues, as well as their care for my teeth and for me.  It was clear to me that their primary goal was to restore me to a place where I would no longer live with in fear of the dentist and be confident with the state of my dental health.  I am so glad that I found ImmediaDent for my emergency, and discovering that they could also become my regular dentist for future regular cleanings and appointments was the cherry on top!  My experience was so much better than excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend ImmediaDent to anyone, without hesitation!

This place advertises that it is a walk in clinic. We walked in today and we ended up being there for 6 hours! Dr. lee was rude- he shouted at my daughter and made her feel very annoyed! The front desk lady was wonderful and so was Tori our dental assistant but I can tell you we will NEVER go back there! Poorly run office and not a walk in clinic.

I really appreciated the care of dr.lee,the other staff at the desk and in training,as well as the dental hygienists who was also amazing and all the other staff I forgot to mention. They turned a terrifying experience into a great one and I would recommend this establishment to anyone whether it’s for a extraction,cleaning, etc. keep up the amazing work!!!!  I’ll definitely be back in the future.

It was fast and the staff was helpful.  Initially the clerk seemed "cold", but after being there a while and talking to her again she seemed to warm up to me.  I think there might be some clients that can be difficult, and she was expecting that from me, but I'm a sensible and generally nice person.  The assistant even said as much in not so many words, which led me to believe there's some "problem" clients.  I totally get that, some people are just rude a lot of times.

Dr. Chan is nothing short of amazing. She genuinely cared for me as her patient & wanted me to love my smile again. My teeth had several cavities due to my fear of the dentist. I decided to go to ImmediaDent, and every single one of my cavities were filled in only two visits! I never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room, and once I was in the back, there was no wait time at all. Dr. Chan went ABOVE & BEYOND what was medically necessary just to ensure that I was happy and that my teeth are healthy. I now have zero decay, and I could not be more happy. Dr. Chan wanted me to understand my treatment plan, and ensured that I was comfortable during every second of the procedure. Not only does she have an awesome personality, but she was so gentle, caring & conscious of my fears & concerns. In fact, she is so gentle, I literally did not even blink an eye when she gave me the numbing shot. 

Her Dental Assistance - Brandy & Olivia - are terrific! They are so friendly, kept me informed during the process, ensured my comfort, were very accommodating. They both took their time to make sure my bite was comfortable, and also made sure everything was done correctly; I really appreciate the time you guys took for me! 

My procedure did take a while, but not one time did the Doctor or Assistants make me feel like I was a bother, or that they were ready to go home; they took as much time as they need to resolve the issues I had.

Also, Jay at the front desk blessed me so tremendously. My Husband's work-schedule is always changing, and he missed an appointment. Jay was able to re-schedule my Husbands appointment with no trouble at all! This meant so much to me. 

I HIGHLY recommend ImmediaDent to everyone! Also, I have learned that ImmediaDent is NOT just for emergencies, but can serve as your Family Dentist!

Dr. Chan & Staff: THANK YOU for ALL that you have done for my Husband and I !! I am forever grateful.
