Aspen dental is absolutely awesome! The staff and nurses are extremely polite and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist H. Kim, made every effort to make sure I was OK and comfortable during my extraction. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has any teeth problems!

Looks like all Aspens partipate in shady business practices. I went for my normal cleaning, and the hygienist seemed absolutely disinterested. My cleaning lasted perhaps 12 minutes at most. Nothing about my dental health was duscussed, no follow up appointment set.  I was then given a rinse to swish and spit. Typically I'm used to getting a mouthwash which I assumed to be the same. Once done, I asked if this was mouthwash, the hygienist said  no its fluoride. I asked her to identify why she wouldn't tell me before hand, especially since these have an additional fee of 50.00. She tells me In  future I can make a note of it. I had these instructions clearly marked for several years. Upon going to the front to check out I asked the lady to check my billing and that I was not informed about fluoride. Her response was defensive and not apologetic, and goes to tell me "I was not part of the conversation" my response was simply..."there was no conversation." I asked for the office manager who was at a different location. I ended up calling her and kind of sorted out things.....now just waiting to see if I get billed afterall. If you go to any Aspen, ensure you state your preference before anything is done. ..every time....they make sales on unsuspecting patients....or victims shall we say.  Someone needs to investigate these fools....warwick and Johnston alike.
