My step son just had his partially impacted wisdom teeth and one additional tooth removed several days ago. The surgery went smooth and was over quick. Though each kid reacts differently, he has had barely any swelling or pain. Dr Ercole has a fantastic bedside manner and made my step son feel relaxed and comfortable. He addressed all of our concerns with patience. His office staff is friendly and efficient. 5 stars all the way!
Dr. Ercole removed all four of my wisdom teeth over a year ago. I never had any dental pain or jaw pain prior. Everyday for over a year since that surgery I’ve been in severe facial and jaw pain, my quality of life is significantly affected. When I went for a follow up and told Dr. Ercole about my problems in tears he laughed and said it happens live with it. Made me feel very unheard and hopeless as I fear I’ll live with this intense pain and jaw locking forever. Was diagnosed with TMJ and other dentists after x rays told me my jaw was misaligned and he had really hurt my face. Please do not come here, I cannot sleep at night because of the pain. I have waited over a year to write this review in case it cleared up, it’s only gotten worse. I am disgusted with the way this office does business and Dr. Ercole’s work.
I wish I could give Dr. Ercole 10 He was extremely professional and friendly. I had a molar extracted this morning. He talk me through the entire procedure with ease and surety. I knew I was in great hands. 3 hours later, I had no bleeding and minimal to no pain. His assistant Mel was a complete pleasure and very knowledgeable. She made sure I understood my aftercare instructions and answered all my questions. I recommend his practice for all dental needs.
I got all FOUR of my wisdom teeth out just this morning at 815 am. Dr.Ercole is the best, friendly, and caring doctor I’ve ever met. I have a lot of anxiety and he talked me through everything thoroughly, and made me feel so much better and comfortable. I was very nervous this morning and the nurses there are excellent as well! I don’t know her name, but she kept telling me I was doing great and I was going to be okay. And let’s not forget the woman at the front desk. She was so nice, patient and helpful. Here I am 8 hours later, barely bleeding and I have no pain. Every now and then I get a little pain, but I just took one of the prescriptions he prescribed me and it was instant relief. My boyfriend got his out 2 years ago with Dr. Ercole, my bestfriend just last Monday, and me today. Like I said, the absolute best! I wouldn’t recommend any other Doctor than Dr.Ercole for wisdom teeth removal at Ocean State Oral Surgery Center! Update: he just called to see how I was doing, and if I had any questions. That was such a nice thing for him to do.
My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was flawless. As you all know due to Covid you are not allowed to go in unless your the patient. So the doctor came out spoke to me and was informative, kind and overall professional. I highly recommend Dr Aaron.
I have had 2 extractions done by Dr. Ercole. First one no problems. But let me tell you I had another back tooth removed 2/13/19. I have had nothing but problems since that day. Still not healed going on 4 months now. I’ve been back to him 3 times. Had bone pieces removed from him and my personal dentist. Went to another surgeon for a second opinion and now I need another procedure done to clip the bone down in my mouth. I cannot chew on that side at all. So much pain it’s not funny. Motrin 4 times a day for 3 1/2 months now. I am considering getting a lawyer for all of this pain abs time out of work. Please read reviews before going here. Tamara Jolin.
I had to have four teeth cut out and dr.Aaron was recommended to me by my dentist. Well let me tell you guys something not only was he a GREAT CHOICE but I recommend anyone who has to have work done to PLEASE look dr. Aaron up I PROMISE you won't REGRET IT.
Call for an emergency appointment- was told the earliest the doctor could see was July - really - it’s June 4. Was told all emergency appointments were filled - how does that happen? An appointment in July is just that - it’s not an emergency appointment. Very upset - as I have been to see this doctor - did a procedure 2 months ago! Would never recommend this office to anyone!!!
He extracted my wisdom teeth, and everything was done perfectly. I recovered quickly and thoroughly - wish I'd done it sooner. I also appreciated his combination of friendliness and professionalism.
This doctor is completely unprofessional and mistreated me and my family as patients . Reporting him to the dental board
