This was my first time in this location. I had to have a veneer that popped off, cemented back in place. My visit was ok overall but I feel like the Doctor was in a rush to get me out as fast as he could which just made me feel like just a number in line getting a coffee. I still had the veneer that popped off so he basically just cemented it back on but the thing is, it was not damaged at all so when he cemented it back on, he just pushed it back in and it was not back in it original position so he had to keep grinding it until it stopped rubbing on the surrounding teeth. I feel like that didn't need to be done at all because it fit perfectly to begin with. now it just feels funny and his response when I told him it didn't feel right was " that feeling will go away". Not only that but it had been popped off for over a month before my visit and I'm not a dentist but seems like it would make sense for the tooth under the veneer should have been at least cleaned off before cementing back the veneer. I hope that not cleaning that tooth wont cause any issues with the tooth underneath. I guess time will tell. Not sure if I will return to this location.

Aspen Dental is just fantastic. The office staff is polite and professional. The Dentists, Oral Surgeons and assistants are awesome. They make sure you are comfortable from the time you sit in the chair to to time you leave.

The staff was incredible, super helpful and responsive with all questions I had at every step of the way. My appointment was punctual, I only waited for a few minutes between any given step of my new patient process and everyone was so pleasant in setting up my next appointment! I hate the dentist, but I don’t hate coming here!

Dr Oakes, Vanessa & Jessica in financing are awesome. Made me feel totally comfortable, so easy going, laid back & fun. I recommend Aspen Dental in S. Portland.

I have been with Aspen about two years and have found them very knowledgeable and caring. Last week My tooth broke off and they had me in the same day with options of what I would like to do to fix it, all in a timely manner. They are personable and accommodating. I would give them an A+
