I needed an emergency dental visit and Aspen was able to find me an open appointment on the same day. I drove over to the Council Bluffs office and was not disappointing. Not only was the first visit, exam, and x-rays free, they gave me a prescription for antibiotics for my infected tooth. The manager sat down with me for almost an hour just going over my different options and price ranges. The team was amazing. I had not been to the dentist in 7 years and they were kind and non judgmental. I cant say enough wonderful things about this office. I highly recommend them!

My son went Aspen Dental in Council Bluffs and was told that he needed over $8,000 worth of work done on his teeth. They said after insurance it would be just over $5,000 dollars. They tried to get him to sign up for financing that day. He said he had to think about it. He showed me the paperwork and I told him to go to a reputable dentist, which he did. His bill at an HONEST dentist was just over $600 and after insurance he paid $218!!! Almost the same story was told to me by an employee at my job. ASPEN DENTAL IS OBVIOUSLY SCAMMING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT THINK A DENTAL OFFICE WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM. SHAME ON YOU ASPEN DENTAL! PUBLIC BEWARE!!!

This was my first visit and I believe I have found my new Dentist! Getting an appointment was very easy, the front desk staff were very friendly and the facility was immaculate. I spent very little time waiting and everyone from the person who did the x-rays to the hygienist to the Dentist were very friendly, knowledgable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental!!

My son went as a new patient. We were seen with care, gentle, and judge free. They were able to refer him in the right direction. I will be bringing the rest of my family in for their dental needs!!!

Staff was courteous and professional. My appointment was for pain and they got me in right away. I felt that each person I came in contact with gave me their full attention. Great experience!
