Our son has special needs and has had a lot of medical intervention in his life. He typically has a lot of anxiety surrounding any sort of medical appointments, that being said- he actually looks forward to his visits with Dr. Hajek. Our kiddo is not the easiest patient to deal with but Dr. Hajek works his magic and even carves out a little time to play trains during appointments. For our typical child, appointments are quick and easy and for our medically complex child- they are not only much smoother than other appointments, they are the highlight of our son’s week!

Dr. Ryan is the best and the staff is just as great. Everyone was very patient with my shy 2 year old. By the end of the appointment, my son was giving Dr. Ryan a high five with a big smile on his face. Awesome team!!

Completely love this place! As soon as you walk in it's a kid friendly atmosphere. Superhero's and Princesses are hung on the walls. Kid friendly movies play as our children get their xrays done along with any work done with their teeth. The staff is very friendly and informative. The explain in detail what care needs to be done at home and while at the visit. They distract the kids to help them not be so scared. The dentist chair is "the big girl chair just for them". Also they help the parents feel relaxed and with ease while we wait in the waiting room or in the rooms with them. Depending on what the child wants. Definitely would recommend for anyone with children. This is definitely our children's dentist forever.

I've had nothing but pretty horrible experiences with them and the newer dentist is rude and acts entitled. They don't send email reminders or text or call even though they say that they're supposed to. My daughter has waited 6 months now for them to get her in to put caps on and still nothing but "we'll get back to you". I love that they have movies and toy sets for the kids but it's kept completely unkempt. I tripped over a small chair and the second time a box then a stool with my baby in my arms. We were the only ones there but it was like that when we walked in and you could barely get to the desk and seating there was so much on the floor. I got upset because I almost fell 3 times and that could have hurt me or my baby or my kids had I fallen on them. The receptionists were on their cell phones during this. I ended up cleaning up everything so my kids and I could walk because they tripped too and my baby just barely is walking. Took me less than 5 minutes. You can't tell me they couldn't have taken 5 minutes off their phones that they were probably on FB on to pick up for safety. It's ridiculous and I don't understand how anyone would give them any rating at best a there. Plus the place is kind of inaccessible and hard to find because it's in an odd location. Been going there a year and a half now and still nothing but issues. I'm going to go back to my older kids pediatric dentist we went through prior to leaving town now that we're back in the area. I should have took a picture to post... Not being dramatic, 100 percent serious about everything.

So happy we found Dr. Hajek is the best! Today we get to meet Dr.Greene! Thank you and your awesome staff for taking such good care of my kids.
