The x-ray tech was awesome. I absolutely loved the office manager. I also loved the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She did a great job and the pricing is also fair.

Waited 2 hours before being seen even with an appointment and when finally seen everything was very rushed and the staff was unprofessional, I was told after the wait that they might be able to squeeze me in to get my tooth pulled today! (Remind you I made the appointment only to get the tooth pulled nothing else), Then while getting a tooth pulled they made me hold my own suction because the assistant was no where to be found I was thinking they were busy with other people but then saw 3 of them sitting around talking about there weekend plans on my way out! And the worse part was everything was rushed by them I needed to be stiched up and wasn't just to save a minute which caused alot of unnecessary bleeding which could have been avoided had they taken the extra 10 minutes to do it! Needless to say I won't be going back to this Aspen Dental in Macon GA. Ever again I'm sure most Aspens are not like this but this particular one was horrible! Also they asked for my payment in the middle of getting a tooth removed! Every other dentist I've been to asked before or after the appointment, not in the middle of getting a tooth ripped out of your mouth very unprofessional in my opinion!

It was very easy to get the first consultation appointment scheduled but it was a little harder to get the follow up ones started where they actually start doing work. Once I got approved for financing I was able to get all work needed set for a day to get everything fixed. They spread my visits to three or four appointments in a very short time period.

I found Aspen Dental on the website durning an emergency, I had broken my front tooth. They were able to see me in two days.  I found the office to be very well kept, clean, and easy to access from the freeway. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable on what I need to have done. They offered me several options and a timeframe for the work to be done.  Overall I have been pleased with the work preformed there, even though this office is in another town from where I live, I have chosen to continue to go there because of the service and the friendly staff. I'm glad I found them.
