Update: I had my appointment today! The assistant was extremely rough, I thought for sure she was gonna rip my lips right off and cut my tongue in half. 
I didn't like the way they numbed me either, I've always had the shots in the gums and not the cheeks! 
The front tooth the dentist rebuilt does look good and the color match up was on point but after the abuse of my lips, tongue and cheeks I won't be returning!

Clean environment, friendly staff but their prices are far from reasonable. It's almost like they find anything and everything to charge you for even if you could go years without something being done! 
They do have care credit so that's a plus if you have good and or fair credit.

Free new patient Exam and X-rays is a great service they offer here!

Making the appointment online was a quick and easy process. I was able to fill out the paperwork before arriving to my appointment.  The staff were all nice and friendly. The dentist and hygienist explained everything from what they found from my exam and x-rays, and they were able to recommend treatment options. The billing representative explained the prices of the treatment services and was able to set up my next appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour. One of the best dental experiences I have had in a while.

Reviewing for my boyfriend. He had been to another dentist the day we made the appt. that dentist refused to extract a tooth so I was looking for a quick way to get him in to am oral surgeon. Called our local aspen & was told that he could get in two days later... great!  Told him the situation & we had x-rays & he said no problem if they took more x-rays we wouldn't be charged... Great! We arrive & they took more x-rays... my boyfriend gets roomed & is sitting there texting with me until the dentist comes in. The Dr only introduced herself to him & then whispered to the hygienist who proceeded to ask my boyfriend to follow her to set up a consult. He was not told any treatment plan or given any explanation & no real dialogue took place. We set up the appt for next Tuesday & pay. Upon walking out I'm going over the paperwork & see we were charged for x-rays & then I see where they set him up for an extraction with bone removal. I question him & he explains the events & lack of dialogue so I went back in there to get an explanation & complain about the lack of communication & the receptionist was not very helpful. We plan on keeping the appt Tuesday but if the patient care does not improve we will not be returning in the future.

emails and 2 text messages requesting for a review so I feel obligated to review now although I do not like writing negative views! Waited in a dentist chair for an hour past my appointment time only to look at my teeth for 2 minutes stating I will need to be seen later for some fillings. The staff periodically came in only to watch the television they stuck me in front of, checking on the rain weather. I did not feel comfortable. The dentist came into the room and stated his first name and held out his hand with a glove on. I feel like the gloves should of been taken off and introduced himself as the dentist doctor. At first I thought it was a dentist assistant! Grudging going back to get my fillings completed. I tend to always stay postive

Staff was friendly, but service a little slow. Along with a little discussion, had one filling done and a cleaning. All that could have been done in 45 minutes. I was there over 2 and half hours.  This included stopping in the middle of the filling procedure and waiting at least a half hour for the dentist to come back. Never had this happen before. Had a crown that came off and needed to decide what to do about it. Wanted to wait and think about it. But when I went to leave found out they had thrown out my old crown leaving me with little choice in what I had to do. Very unprofessional and an apparent lack of organization. Work actually done was okay but took forever to get it taken care of.  Ads gives the impression they reasonably priced. Did not appear to be to me. This review form shows five stars which I don't agree with but no apparent way to submit my actual star rating?? Eventually figured out how to adjust star rating, but instructions should have been there.
