Would've left less than one star if I had the option. I don't know what kind of adult feels the need to talk down to a child like that- I regret not walking back and taking him out of the appointment. My son was scared to death walking in there (his dad took him the first time) and we will absolutely never come back. Gal at the front desk was very nice but the staff who work on your child are awful. It's outrageous to be considered 'specialized' in pediatrics and to have this type of attitude towards your patients. We won't be coming back and I would never recommend any of you to take your children there either.

Horrible experience for my son I do not recommend this doctor to anyone
 he hurt his gums because he brushed too hard . he hurt his lip as seen in the picture.. And he spoke too loud to my 4-year-old son I do not understand how a person who claims to be a professional has that kind of attention with people. By the way he likes to close the door so you do not realize what's happening. And you can not enter ..I asked the person at the front desk what happened to my son and she only answered that he bit himself.
I work in a radio station and this does not end here........

My son, who is 5, loves going to see Dr. Brandtner and his staff. We've never had any problems or complaints.

The staff was very friendly, and the dentist was amazing. My child has been seen by two others and this guy blew them out of the water. His firm but friendly approach is exactly what my son needed.
