The whole team was excellent. So friendly here. My experience was very positive except for the fact that I had to have dental work. Who likes that, right? The receptionist, finance manager, dentist, hygienists, x-ray tech all were very professional and courteous. They were good with scheduling, payment options, and even gave me some tips to help me take better care of my teeth. Also, I liked that they gave you an initial assessment and then let you know what your options for treatment were. I will definitely be back and will recommend this office to others. I was referred by someone who also had a positive experience. Thanks, team!

My start off with ASPEN was bad, appointment scheduled at 4:30 pm, when I got there was informed by receptionist that they don't take appointments after 4:00, well that's when my appointment was made. So after calling in the parking lot, the number I called to make the appointment & after a lengthy conversation & the girl talking with the Lady, who was so nice, about some problems, they were able to see me the next morning at 8:00.  They also went ahead & made my x rays, & fill out forms.  If NOT for the Lady, I suppose the manager who took over from the receptionist, who was Not helpful, the x ray Lady, & another Lady I would not have had a good experience.  My appointment was good, staff very helpful, & the Dentist is GREAT, quite funny, helpful in explaining things, & very nice & not hard to look at either!!!!! Had my impressions done, so hope all will continue to be great, until I get my teeth!!!!!

I have had a horrible fear of going to the dentist for years. The people at Aspen Dental put my fears at ease and made my experience pleasant and informative. They explained everything that they would do before and during the appointment and kept the conversation casual as well. This location will definitely be my go-to for all of my dental needs.

They were extremely nice and very informative. From the dentist all the way to the manager I felt welcomed and at home .

After my free exam I was left with blood and saliva in my mouth and no place to spit but in the tissues I had in my pocket. The tools and or the  technician were somehow uncleaned and I developed a cold infection in my throat and sinus area the next day, Tuesday the 28 2017. My first cold in the past 8 years. I will not recommend this office .  My opinions here are only meant to reflect the hygenall cleaning practices of the office itself and not the ability or the professional qualifications of the  owner their staff  or office personnel .
