I had dentures made there about 3 years ago. They were made terribly. Chipped after a week . They changed dentists very often . 3 different dentist in 2 months. The former office manager was very rude , and did not care about helping me. Finally, they said they could not quote make me happy, and issued a partial refund and made me sign something releasing them from any liability. They also save money by sending the dentures to be made at their lab. Also, if you ask to speak with the main office you are told that they are not allowed to give you the number. They also charged me for a X-ray ( I have no teeth, but they said it would show bone structure) I don't know why the dentures never fit and looked horrible. Atleast I got a refund. Please remember that this place is a national chain . I would not recommend this place to people wanting dentures. I wasted many months of long driving and my hard saved money.

My first experience here was a good one. But after having some work done. I got a bill in the mail. Thinking I owed it I paid it. LITERALLY a month later I got a notice they had sent not one but two different bills into collections. Mind you I didn't owe them a cent. One bill was ANOTHER PERSONS that they mistakenly filed under my name and the other bill that I had sent them money for come to find outy insurance had paid it, but they never refunded the money I had paid them. DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM!

Everyone was friendly! Experience was amazing! If I ever need another tooth pulled, I will choose Dental Works of Spartanburg again!

My first ever dental appointment happened when I was 5 years old. I had an accident which resulted in emergency dental care. My parents weren't allowed in the back, I was terrified getting 3 teeth pulled. 35 years later, I am still terrified of the dentist; however, the gang at Dental Works is amazing!!! I am on my third of a six session set and I am not anxious at all about my future appointments. Dr. O is so gentle and makes sure I don't feel any discomfort. P.S. Angel is exactly that! She is a whiz when it comes to daunting insurance companies :)
