The staff is very nice place is very clean however stay charged up front for dinner work then when the dental work is completed if it is less than what they charged you they refund you but it takes 10 to 14 days to get it back. Did I did not get my refund called to see what was taking so long they told me they would resubmit it and it would be another five to seven more days I don't feel very confident and getting my money back having trouble with management

This place is awesome! The people are great and the place is really modern and sophisticated. I was greatly impressed.

My hygienist and assistant were both wonderful. The rest of it seemed to just be an unorganized mess. They never entered my insurance information in so I wasn't able to have anything but an x-ray done. I have to reschedule and make another trip to even have a cleaning done. I went in knowing I needed my wisdom teeth surgically removed and when I went to talk to the lady about finances and my referral to an oral surgeon she tried telling me I didn't need my impacted teeth surgically removed. Then when she filled out the referral paper she messed up the referral stating I needed different molars extracted. I had to ask to receive a copy if my x-rays that the oral surgeon will need and ask for someone else to fill out a referral paper correctly. 
At the end I was about to leave and heard the receptionist talking to my insurance company and I literally had to stand there and walk her through my information because she wasn't giving the insurance company my proper information that was sitting right in front of her. Overall, I was extremely irritated by my experience.

The Searcy Arkansas location was very professional, warm and friendly. They listened to me and made every effort to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. They represent strong customer, which is rare these days. Great job!

The workers are so friendly and helpful. they do all they can to help you. they are great yes I would recommend any one to see them.
