I went to Aspen Dental twice. First time everything went smoothly.  The second visit the dentist did a good job pulling 2 teeth but I was nervous and the assistant in my room wasnt very reassuring before hand. I had a lot of anxiety. They didn't really seem to care. 

Unfortunately most of my 2 star rating is due to the office girl who called me weeks after my visit.  They had trouble running the insurance I gave her a solution to the problem and she developed a pretty Shi▪▪y attitude after she basically instructed me to call the same people she was going to call. I said ok, but she felt like talking to me like a child insuring me I'd be responsible for the bill if I couldn't help her do her job. Next time theres a problem how about you don't wait 7 weeks to ask for help. Just a bad experience with the girl in the office. I dont want to give them my money after this experience.

Wonderful staff and very kind. Fixed my tooth and done it right. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be seeing them all the time now. Thanks for all your help Aspen dental

Horrible customer service! Whenever I call to make an appointment for a specific procedure, I expect to get it the day of the appointment. However, that was not the case for a simple teeth cleaning. At least tell me when I scheduled my appointment for the teeth cleaning that I had to have two separate appointments! One for taking X-rays of my teeth and the second for the actual cleaning. This was a complete waste of time. I would much rather go to an independently owned dentist versus this chain owned office that clearly have no idea how to inform patients. Needless to say I will not be returning to this aspen dental or any other aspen dental.

I'm very happy with the customer service and the dental work. They always explain everything they will be doing and the complete price. No surprises.

Everything was great.  The staff was very friendly cheerful happy and helpful. Wait wasn't long and tooth was extracted before I knew it. All questions answered accordingly and procedure was quick. Will definitely go back for further treatment.
