Very disappointing. My appointment was made on a Friday for the following Monday for a cleaning followed by a procedure. It took almost 2 hours before anyone got to me. The lady asked which tooth was bothering me and then said "Hold on" while she spoke with the male dentist who I clearly heard say "but don't tell her" I'm not sure what that was about but it sounded very shallow.  And I didn't see the lady again after that to ask what was the big secret.  Instead I saw at least 4 others in and out. So after sitting there all that time (almost 2 hours) waiting to have some actual cleaning & dental work done, a female dentist informs me that it'll take an additional 2 hours to complete my procedure- IF I wanted it done that day.  I don't think so!  That's why I made the appointment to start with, not to sit there and watch "Love it or List it" on their television. Very unorganized scheduling.

Just left without being seen. Staff friendly until I advised I didn’t want X-rays . The hygentist went off on me and got really nasty. Do not recommend this place . I assume they are like a Kool Smiles and take advantage of people .

The office staff was supportive, kind, and outstanding with their customer service! Abigail, the excellent hygienist who first worked with me went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. She was friendly and made me feel secure. Dr Smith was fabulous as usual. He was fast and accurate. The entire experience was excellent! They worked me in on a Saturday when many places were closed...... and it was affordable for me... as a single mother. I would recommend Smith Dental to anyone looking for quality, affordable, convenient dental care and repair.
