Terrible fit on my dentures.  Aspen staff says I have to get used to them. But how can you get used to something that comes out when you eat.  It shouldn't take me over an hour to try and set them before I go to work. After a few hours they are so loose my tongue has to hold them in. I would never recommend this company.  Many seniors eat normally, but not me I can't eat the softest foods without movement.  I have been living one year of misery.

I was very happy with the Dentist.  I had  gone to dentist in the past and they were hard and mean to me.  The dentist had made me feel good especially the shape my teeth was in.  He was humorous while doing the exam which made me fell more comfortable.  The staff also was very courteous and helpful.  They went out of their way to make me very comfortable.  I would recommend people to come,

I had an appointment for 8:00am. It did not appear the Doctor was there. The staff said he would be in at 10. I asked for my xrays, which my insurance paid for and the staff told me I had to wait 7-10 days to get them, they would not print them off for me. I was is a lot of pain from a tooth that needed extraction. I now have to wait 10 days before my new doctor can see me because my insurance only pays for 1 full series of xrays ever 36 months. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor.

When I called to make my first appointment I stated that I needed to be able to come in on Saturdays or in the evening and that I needed nitrous due to anxiety issues.  Although the web site states as does the hours listed on their door that they are open evenings and Saturdays by appointment, I was told after my first visit that they are not open Saturdays at all and that they do not have anyone on staff that can do the nitrous which the web site states they offer.  Instead,  i was told they would put in a prescription for valium.  Prior to my visit, I contacted the office as my pharmacy didn't have the prescription and I was told that I would have to drive into the office to pick up the prescription and take it to the pharmacy myself.  If this was their practice they should have told me when I was there and give me the prescription at that time.  I cancelled my appointment but they didn't process it - instead, they made me drive in to sign a refusal of service then told me my refund wouldn't appear for 7-10 days when they took my $900 deposit the same day I made my appointment.

If I could give zero stars I would - everything they tell you is a lie.

The entire staff are far superior to any other dental practice i have ever been to. The Staff went above    and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during any of the procedures I have had. Stephanie is the most competent & pleasant dental hygienist I have ever had. Doc Herman is always upbeat & happy, no matter what news he may have to deliver. Tim gives clear & concise info, & was able to work well with
 my husband, [& that is very difficult to do]. 
I would recommend this practice to any one!!! 
This practice is the best!!!!
