Had a great experience with grand dental today. My fiancé had a really bad abscess and needed to see a dentist ASAP. They were able to get him in that day, did his x rays and consult, and they were able to extract the 3 teeth that were causing him issues. And they were very reasonable and affordable. Going here was a breath of fresh air. Such caring, friendly staff and flexibility which is always nice. Thus why I had to write a review. Thank you so much, grand dental!

This office is best dental office i have been to. They are friendly and care about the patients. They answer all questions and go through options to see what works best for you. Highly recommend.

moved here from Wisconsin, and after some research chose this office. initial visit was very thorough, cleaning and staff was average. I would be ok with going back. Dr. made suggestion of a root canal because a tooth is very hard to keep clean because filling. Dentists in past had mentioned this , but took care to spend the time to make sure it was cleaned. I told Grand Dentistry I would think about it. I mean what spend money on a cap if the doesn't bother me. caps only last so long. The part I am getting real frustrated with is they continue to call me every 3_4 weeks to schedule an appointment! and every time I tell them I am not ready to do a cap and will call Them when I decide. I have asked them not to call about it again. they keep calling. I am ready to cancel my next cleaning appointment and find another dentist. something is wrong if they are that hard up for work.

Receptionists not very helpful as a first time patient. Failed to provide proper instructions on procedures of filling out documents and then seeing the front desk again in order to be seen. Sat there for 30 minutes and when asked if you have to turn in the paperwork first before being seen (another patient was called back to the techs, who arrived after I was there) or if you were to give the paperwork to the technician that calls you back...receptionist laughed in my face and said that yes you have to do that. Yeah I won't be going back.

They are very caring and made me feel at ease. They listened to me, and explained everything to me. I love this place and so happy that I called them. I'm telling all my family and friends about them. Thank you Dr. Gardener and Cloudia.
