I had been very hesitant to get the major dental work done that I have known for some time that I needed. To be honest, the pandemic and wearing a mask whenever I was out of my home just made it easier to delay. With strong encouragement from my family and friends, I recently went for an initial consultation at Aspen Dental in Peabody, MA. There was ample free parking directly in front of the office. The person who did my intake was welcoming and helpful. Starting with x-rays taken by Yesenia, a dental assistant whose genuine broad smile and gentle voice went a long way toward putting me at ease, and continuing with Barbara, one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dental hygienists who have ever treated me, my concerns, questions, and even fears were treated with great concern and respect. Barbara's instructions, explanations, and answers were always clear and thorough, as were Dr. Camacho's as she confirmed my strong suspicion that a significant amount of reparative work should be done. As I explained to Dr. Camacho how embarrassed I was for my mouth being in the state that it is, Dr. Camacho immediately redirected my focus to the fact that there is now a comprehensive plan in place that will make me want to smile in public again. At the conclusion of my visit, I met with Rachel, who was incredible with coordinating appointments for the several procedures, and with my payment schedule, which is extremely reasonable. Since before that first visit until the present, Rachel has communicated with me to keep me abreast of updates and helpful adjustments to the initial plan.  I have already been back for my first visit to enact the very involved dental restoration process, and I have 3 more visits already scheduled. Again, Yesenia, Barbara, and Dr. Camacho made me feel cared for by sprinkling gentleness and humor in with the detailed and complicated work that they are doing for me.  I recommend that if you are interested in improving your dental health, Aspen Dental in Peabody is the place to go.

I have become a big fan of the Aspen Dental team I’ve worked with in the last few months to create a new set of dentures. From the doctors to the assistants and the office staff, these women really, really know their stuff. Professional, pleasant and I can’t speak highly enough about what they do. I only needed a minor adjustment to the new set today, but the appointment went without a hitch - on time, efficient, pleasant, as always. I’m really impressed,

It was great appt. From the moment I got there the receptionist was ushering in a father and his girl.   She was so kind to the little girl.   Very sweet to watch. Went out of her way to make them feel comfortable.   My dental appt was very efficient dr was very capable.   methodical about every step.   Stephanie her asst was very cognizant of cleaning surfaces.    She was very nice and competent... everything went smoothly.   She was great answering my questions and explaining the process. I went to Aspen Dental in Peabody Ma today and was pleased with every single person I came in contact with. The Doctors are incredible and the team they have listen and are kind and gentle. This process that I have been going through for the past 6 months has unfortunately been more bad experiences than good.  I am happy to say that when I got there I was beyond stressed and wasn’t expecting a positive experience but to my surprise it was wonderful and I came out  with a significant weight off my shoulders. Coming from a person who often dreads a dentist visit, I can only recommend this location. Whenever I go to Aspen Dental in Saugus, I’m greeted by nothing but positive energy by the entire staff. During my last two visits, Jacqui was very polite and patient with me while I was filling out paperwork and asking questions. Also, Rich is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Obviously, he did a fantastic job making my teeth feel clean. I grew up never taking the best care of my teeth, but Rich was very understanding. He motivated me to try a little harder with my daily dental routine and to come back every three months for a cleaning. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for any dental needs in the foreseeable future. Thanks guys!

The people that work there are absolutely the best. Jill & Kristen just to name a couple Everyone made me feel so comfortable and they actually cared about what I had to say. I have had the worst experiences with other dental practices but not this one. If you need to get any procedure done or check up I highly recommend coming to this practice. The whole staff is very professional, compassionate, relatable, and very attentive to needs of a patient.  DA's and office staff all deserve a raise.

I had a fantastic first experience at Aspen Dental in Peabody. The staff was truly fantastic. They have top quality technology that they know how to operate and get accurate results quickly. The new patient intake process is streamlined to within an hour you are evaluated completely and they are already coming up with a game plan. Assistants, hygienists, dentist, surgeons all working together seamlessly.  I went in excruciating pain not even a client of theirs.  I left with everything I could need, my surgery planned for 2 DAYS OUT WOW WOW WOW and a feeling like I was going to not only fix this problem, but be ahead on any others.  10/5 stars. I hate the dentist, so I've been putting it off for awhile and with 2020 I had a good excuse. But there's no excuse not to visit this Aspen Dental ASAP. Ellie was so lovely, gentle, and understanding when she was taking my Xrays and doing my comprehensive exam. Thankfully during 2020 I had the sense to actually take really good care of my teeth first time in 30 years because I couldn't go to the dentist. Speaking of, the dentist is so kind and totally nonjudgmental. He was prompt and efficient. The front desk staff were fun and professional. I really appreciated Julia's help today; she came in from another location to help at the desk. The office is clean. I do wish the ceiling was more interesting/relaxing. Sometimes the dentist's offices have panels in the ceiling of clouds or the beach for distraction. There was a TV screen but it wasn't on and it's where you can't see it when they're in your mouth. The tools were all sanitized and clean, the office staff were wearing masks. The staff were also cleaning the exam rooms in between patients, as well. Overall great experience! They made me feel welcome and like I would want to go back for the fillings I need after I chipped my tooth on a plastic fork.

I was very happy with the service I got and they were very courteous with me especially with my dental hygienist yes Senia she was a pleasure very professional and I was happy I went there

Only one visit, first time with aspen. I was impressed with the Doctor and staff. Let's see if they can continue to keep myself and wife's needs.
