I have been going here since I was a toddler and while the place has changed a lot I have never had anything but good experiences. (I actually like going to the dentist!) Sarah and Dr. McDuffee are awesome, I always feel welcome and they always remember my name! The office will tell you how much procedures will cost before you get them, and I would recommend this place to anyone/everyone

Where do I start? I usually don't leave reviews because I am not a fan of giving someone a bad review but this time I felt it was needed. Ive been a patient here for over 5 years way back when it was iSmile. I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because I have to admit, I love my dentist Dr. Fisher she is amazing and had done a crown on my front tooth which came out beautiful. When it comes to the front desk staff and office manager I would say that is a whole different ball game. The receptionists are constantly changing so you always have "new people" that are not sure what to do or how to handle things. I walk in for my crown appointment to only have to wait at the front desk for the receptionist Caroline to finish scrolling through Facebook and responding to her texts msgs. i had to clear my throat so she could notice i was standing there waiting to be checked in. I work at a dental office and i must say this is unacceptable and a violation to privacy of others. When leaving the appointment i asked her to please print me a treatment plan of the services done, what I am responsible for out of pocket and what the insurance will cover. I waited about 5 mins to only leave with a treatment plan that did not have my information the information she had given me was for another patient (male) with all the treatment this male patient had needed and his info. I realized this in the car and was very upset about the way things were done as soon as i had walked in the door. I called the office to speak with the office manager and she was on vacation so i followed up after because i was concerned about the way things were being done. 3 months go by and i have no gotten my permanent crown because my doctor is away on maternity leave until Jan which i was aware. I get a random call from Navid Family dental and i say random because my doctor is not there until Jan and i have no appointment scheduled. The call was to let me know they are trying to bill me and they do not have current address. I asked them what the bill is for and another "new receptionist" Najara stated it was for the crown that was done and that the insurance paid their portion and i was being billed for the remaining. This is where i blow up! How have i been getting billed for a service that has not been completed and wont be completed until after January? This is FRAUD! I asked to have some info on how that would make any sense and she wasnt able to give me any info. I asked for the office manager and guess what? Once again she is on vacation. Every time I have to address a mistake that was made by this office, there is no manager to speak with and no one would give me straight answers. I would have to wait days or even a week. Highly disappointed and will be taking the necessary actions to get this taken care of outside of the office. Other than that it is a shame because i am afraid of being in the dental chair and they have amazing service providers.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with my procedures done by Dr. Navid. I would like to thank you for everything. I will and have reccommended this office to friends and family.

Great people. I and my wife have been going to I smile for more than 15 years. We have had nothing but great doctors, technicians and support staff personel. Highly recommended to everyone.

I was referred to ISmile by my aunt after I told her I hated going to the dentist. I could not have been more happy with her recommendation. I was always scared to go to the dentist and neglected my teeth for longer than I should have. I am no longer scared and look forward to my regular cleanings with Kristen. Kristen is a great dental hygienist who truly cares about her patients. Dr. McDuffee actually calls and emails to check up on me to make sure everything is okay after dental procedures. The environment is clean and welcoming. I receive email reminders and text messages for upcoming appointments which is fantastic for my busy lifestyle. I never have to wait to be seen and I really appreciate the flexible hours for those who work 9-5pm, they are open later and even on Saturdays! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
