I wish I had read these reviews before I committed to do business with this office. 
I was feeling good about my experience with the technicians and the doctor.  But, I was sick this morning, and when I called to cancel my appointment, I was immediately transferred to someone who actually tried to guilt me into coming in anyway, telling me that the lab had worked very hard to finish my dentures early for me.  Told to do so by whom??  Certainly not me!!  I'm not sure what the problem was, it's not like I would invest money into dentures, then not pick them up!!!  I'm very disappointed that I will not have the same positive feelings going forward.  Instead I will finish the process wishing I had gone elsewhere.

Great place to be at. Very welcoming to all. Very professional. People with good sense of humor. The atmosphere is great. The front desk is very professional. Kaylin is amazing. Sarah is awesome. Just all around great people.

I had an appointment today to get an estimate for my wisdom teeth extraction. Had a great experience with the doctor and assistants, except for the front desk! To begin with, the dentist told me that I could schedule my surgery at another location if I wanted to do it before the end of the month (which is the only day the surgeon is at this location) so that’s what I told the front desk, the girl kept arguing with me that it was not possible until I asked her to check with the doctor again and then she came back with a yes. So the doctor was right and her information was wrong! Then, the girl gave me an estimate saying my insurance would cover only 20% of the cost, when I know my insurance covers 80% . I thought it was way too high and called my insurance to verify, and they gave me a completely different price. So I called the office back to let them know that there was a misunderstanding, and the same girl was absolutely rude to me again saying that if I don’t like the price I should go somewhere else. And that’s what I’m doing, there is no point in having good doctors working somewhere if the customer service for the front desk is far from decent! Never recommending this place to anybody.

I'm very uneasy about my teeth, because I was not diligent about taking care of them growing up.  Right from the start, Maura (unsure of the spelling) took me in for x rays, which i always remembered being the most uncomfortable thing ever! Well... she made me feel very comfortable, and it only 'felt' like a few seconds... then I was brought in to be checked out.. both dentists were extremely nice, and I was honest about how I was nervous, and they made sure I was comfortable through the entire process.  In the end, I needed to make a plan, and with this came having to deal with the financial end. Kaylen (again unsure of the spelling - sorry ladies) worked hard to help me set up a plan that I could afford, and while doing so, she was extremely polite, respectful and actually very nice to talk to. I'm glad I decided to come here. Can't wait to be able to smile. #GoPats (Sorry Maura)

The hygienist that i had called me James in the waiting room...didnt talk to me very much and was rinsing my mouth and when she loomed away she sprayed my chin and neck with the water. I love Aspen dental but this hygienist i found to be lacking good manners and common sense.
