I see Wendy each time I go in and never have a negative experience.  Always friendly and doesn't expect you to answer questions while there are tools in your mouth.   Front desk staff are usually attentive and polite.  Sometimes Aspen runs behind schedule and I have waited 20 minutes past my appointment time  in the past.   Doesn't happen often but they do their best to accommodate.

I've had 3 molars pulled, (two of them wisdom teeth). All 3 times, from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, the staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. And all three visits were less than 25 minutes each. 
 I'll be heading there when they open this morning to hopefully get a quick assessment about what can be done with a few rather uncomfortable issues. 
 One last thought...
I had a serious issue with the thought of a dentist poking around in my mouth. I mean a really nasty phobia of it all. I made that known to my dentist on my first visit. Upon leaving after my procedure, that phobia was GONE.

Very impressed with Aspen Dental.  I would highly recommend this practice. Professional, gentle, caring staff who strive for patient satisfaction. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I had a broken tooth and another tooth next to it that needed to be pulled.. I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist told me to go to an oral surgeon.. It was going to be at least a week before I could get in to see an oral surgeon.. I called Aspen Dental at 530pm and they gave me an appointment for next day at 9am..  The staff were wonderful. Very fast and efficient.  The dentist looked at my teeth and gave me all my options.. After deciding what we were going to do they went right to work on doing as much as they could in that visit. They made another appointment for me to come back to remove the teeth in a very short amount of time..I can not say enough about how accommodating and helpful the entire staff were..I would absolutely recommend them....

After paying nearly 200 dollars in person for my ONE visit I randomly receive a 265 dollar bill from a collections agency listing Aspen Dental as a client? Insane. I have NEVER received a bill and was told by the receptionist as I played you 200 dollars that I paid in full. Disgusting business practices. I will telling everyone I know to avoid Aspen Dental.
