On my first visit I waited 4 minutes past my appointment time for a receptionist to come to the front desk, then after waiting another 20 minutes I asked them when I'd be called in. The dental assistant, hygienist, and Dentist were all very thorough and quick, which was great. At the end of the appointment the receptionist was quick and detailed about making the next appointment and payment.

My mother came here two times. Her first visit went very well and would have been five stars but the second visit was awful.  
Her dentist was rude, seemed rushed, and became annoyed when he saw how her bottom teeth had gotten worse. He removed her denture quickly and insensitively and she left the office feeling ashamed and embarrassed.
Being in a dentist chair is a very vulnerable position and I'm heartbroken to hear how she was treated. This is unacceptable. I wish I knew about this sooner and I wish I would have been there with her. 
no one's mother should be treated that way.

I always receive great, smart, helpful service here.  Hygienists are great, and it's soooo easy to use the website to set up appointments, receive appt reminders and confirm appts.

I had a toothache and no dentist. I called Aspen Dental late in the afternoon and when the call was finished I had an appointment for the next morning. Great service, took my wishes into account, and were very professional.
