I am so impressed by Raynor Dental! Every single staff member I encountered made me feel welcome and at ease. The office itself is beautifully decorated and the exam/treatment rooms were very comfortable. I tend to feel very anxious and tense during cleanings and dental procedures, but the staff made me feel relaxed and confident that they were listening to me and understood my apprehensions. Dr. Dan was wonderful, he took his time with the exam and talked me through what he was finding. I appreciated his honesty and his focus on preventative measures. The procedures themselves were done so fast, and Dr. Dan is the only dentist who has ever been able to get my mouth numb enough – and on the first try! The assistants did a great job of keeping me comfortable, too. Between Dr. Dan and my hygienist, I learned a lot about how to better take care of my teeth and never once felt judged. Raynor Dental definitely showed me what dental care is supposed to be - looking forward to my next visit!

Sue is the best hygienist. She motivates me to do the best I can to take care of my teeth. And she does it in a supportive way rather than a shaming way. Love her! All the other support staff are friendly and positive. I don't have to see the actual dentists much so not much to evaluate.

All my life, I was never very happy, whenever I had a dental appointment. I go to Raynor Dental since April 2016, already on my first visit everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Sarah is my hygienist and she is caring, professional and friendly. Catherine and Carmen assisted the Dentist on several other appointments, they were also very professional and caring. Also the front desk staff is awesome.

My son used to hate going to the dentist until Lori Morrison suggested I switch him to Raynor, following a visit from Dr. Jay to Keene Montessori School. Two years later, he still looks forward to his appointments with Dr. Jay and the staff at Raynor. Seeing my 6 year old happy, not fearful about going to the dentist made me realize it was time for me to make the switch, as well. Today was my first appointment with Raynor Dental. The entire staff was friendly and it was easy to see they all genuinely enjoy working together. Today also marks the first dental visit in a decade where I have been able to walk out of a dental office (X-rays, gum probe and cleaning) pain-free. My hygienist, Catherine, was warm and friendly. She was sensitive to my fears from multiple negative experiences over the years. Dr. Dan was also warm and compassionate. I didn't feel as if he was in a rush to get to his next patient and simply asking if I had any questions or concerns out of obligation. While I received suggestions on what I might do differently to improve my dental health, there was no condescension or censure for what my dental routine has been up to this point. This visit was in complete opposition to what I have experienced as a patient with another local dental office. At the end of my visit, Catherine asked me how I was feeling and I almost burst into tears because this visit was the first I've had in a very long time where I didn't end up with bloody gums and heat/cold sensitivity. Because I was a little teary, Catherine hugged me before walking me to the front desk. I walked out of your office today feeling valued as a person. Better yet, I was able to eat lunch right after my appointment! In the past, I've had to go almost an entire day without eating because it was too painful after a cleaning. I cannot tell you how happy I am about having made the switch to Raynor Dental! You are the BEST!!!
