Nawar was great!  He spent time helping my mother and I figure out what bed would be best for her. My mum had multiple back surgeries and was in dire need of a bed that would support her while being comfortable.  He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of various models until we found the right one.  Ask for him if you go!

I recently visited Mattress Firm in Aspen Hill where I met Nawar. I just want to say how impressed I was with his professionalism. Knows his stuff but no pressure! I felt very comfortable while I was there. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new mattress. In fact, I am going to! I am a busy realtor and I have a short list of people and places I refer my valued clients to when they need products or services for their new homes. Nawar at Mattress Firm in Aspen Hill is where I will be sending my clients for their bedding needs. Thank you, Nawar! And……. I’m gonna need some more of your cards.

I took my Dad out to purchase a new mattress. I had a list of stores we were going to visit. Our first stop was Mattress Firm in Aspen Hill. We were immediately greeted by Nawar.  His friendliness, smile and demeanor made us feel comfortable from the start. This was especially true for my elderly father. Throughout our visit, there was no pressure or “used car salesman” tactics.  Instead Nawar was patient and very knowledgeable. He asked appropriate questions so he could lead us to what we were seeking rather than trying to talk us into something we didn’t want. We spent quite a while making a decision. He then worked diligently to make sure we got the best deal on the mattress we chose. I asked my father if he was ready to visit some other stores before making the final decision. However, he was so pleased with the service that he received from Nawar that he pulled out his credit card and purchased the mattress from him.  This is not typical of the way my father does business and speaks volumes about the experience of interacting with Nawar. Thank you for the care and respect with which you treated my father.

I had a really awesome experience purchasing my dream bed from Mattress Firm. Nawar was so professional and understanding of my bed needs. I would recommend everyone to go here, not just because of the cost saving high end mattresses available, but because of the professionalism and hassle free process involved in obtaining one. Would definitely be going back again!
