I hired Aspen Mobile Home Movers in late August 2017 after I lost my house to a house fire.  I bought a used double wide that had to be moved from Roundup to Huntley.  Unfortunately (lesson learned), I paid Aspen in full, upfront.  After multiple delays in moving the home, damage was done to the plumbing while sitting and waiting to be moved.  After the house was moved, Aspen was going to hook up the water and septic but never showed up again to finish the job.  I have had to hire multiple people to get the job finished so I could move in.  Because the house sat before it was moved, the weather turned bitter....ALL the plumbing in the house broke and had to be replaced....costing me thousands of dollars.  Aspen was responsible for hooking the water and septic up and replacing the skirting.  Although they had been paid, I had to hire others to do the job.  I have not heard from Aspen in months.

Aspen moved my new house from Roundup to Huntley (10 miles of gravel road) without wrapping the house with plastic.  It was hauled the 80ish miles down the highway completely open to the elements.  The house was filled with dirt and dust which required deep cleaning before moving in.

The house was not reconnected properly.  There were large gaps, particularly on the north end of the house.  During our first snow storm, snow was piled up in the closet of the 3rd bedroom.  I told Aspen about the problem but they told me to stuff it with insulation and call it good.  

All the carpet in the house had to be torn out because Aspen took the chimney off the roof and threw the stove pipe into the living room....then proceeded to track soot and ashes throughout the house.  This has caused another delay for me to get settled.

Unfortunately, this is just the tip of the iceberg.  I intend to take Aspen to court as soon as all the work has been done and the damage repaired.

Aspen mobile moved my mobile over a year ago. Broke pieces of my siding and never fixed it. I have asked them several times and they keep telling me they will fix it and still haven’t.  After moving my mobile some on my skirting Didn’t fit so they got new skirting to add to my old skirting. Did not get the same color so now I have two different colors of skirting. He didn’t even bother to tell me that there would be two different colors. Now I have to pay to get someone to paint it to match. I would not use Aspen mobile for anything ever again.

I highly recommend Aspen Mobile Home Service. They are professional and efficient. Elly is such a wonderful lady. She was always so helpful whenever I called with a question. They actually went all the way to Casper and brought my house to Greybull. Definitely give them a call.
