If you want lies and deceit delivered and assembled, use Assembly By Us. They were assigned the delivery and assembly of an item I purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods. They took forever to schedule the delivery, and then when I talked to them for the third time, two weeks after my purchase, they asked me to be home on Monday of the following week between 1-5 PM. I took my hard earned time off to make sure I was available. On Monday at 2:52 PM, I missed a call from a number I didn't know because I was on a work call. Still on that call at 2:56 PM, I received another call from the number I recognized as Assembly By Us. As soon as I got off my work call, at 3:06 PM I called Assembly By Us and told Victor that I missed a call. He asked if I was home and I told him I had been since 1 PM as I was supposed to be. He said he would let the technicians know and they would be at my home soon. When we hung up, I got a voicemail from the 2:56 PM call. It was Liz and she said the tech had been trying to call and if I didn't respond within 10 minutes she was instructing them to leave and I would have to reschedule. I thought it was rude, and didn't understand why they wouldn't have just come to my house, but I looked at my call log and noticed that I called exactly 10 minutes later and Victor told me everything was good, so I didn't worry too much about it. At 3:13 PM I received a call from Victor telling me that the techs were already back in Dallas so we would have to reschedule. I asked why they never came to my house, and he couldn't answer. I also told him it had been 14 minutes since they had called, so there was no way they were back in Dallas since I live 35 minutes outside of Dallas. I also explained that the delivery window was 1-5 PM, so they had plenty of time to turn around and deliver. Victor just kept repeating his lie that the team had tried calling several times and that they were back in Dallas so they would have to call me in three days to reschedule. Horrible service and they lie!
