I like this library very much. Facility is very good. Staff are mostly friendly. There are few issues that needs to be addressed to get better rating.
Very noisy. No one on the staff seem to care. Absolutely no control.
Rogue employees: When people ask for any help they shout at the top of their voice. Everyone is working on their stuff. These people being custodians, should know proper behavior. Their uncontrolled loud voice incites others to start talking. This is really inexcusable on the employees part.
Of late there are many Arab people. They lack basic respect. They don't care what others are doing. They will keep talking. 
They control computer access unnecessarily. Even when terminals sit idle, they limit time in the system. I don't understand the need for it.

They may have been rated high. In my view that is not a true reflection of the situation.

I like this library. They have a really decent selection for the types of books I am interested in reading. I've never really directly dealt with the librarians except a few times, but I have never been greeted by them.

I love the events and classes held here. Also, I like the fact that it's right next to Centennial Park so after or before my workout, I can swing by and read or check out a couple of books. Plus, the building is fairly new and very clean! It has 3 levels, and its got alot of cozy spots all around to read or study.

My Husband and I both love this library. Great staffs as well as great environment. They have few little kids sections, in which my little toddler loves to go. She gets great opportunity to learn and explore new things..

Never heard of this place before this stay. Heard they had over 50 original Norman Rockwell paintings so gave it a shot. I have two grown boys neither Boy Scouts, so wondering how much I would enjoy it. This is a very large building. It is set up very well. There is an art section which does display more than 30 Boy Scout themes paintings. There is a history of the scouts section nicely displayed. The other half is an interactive section that is great for the kids. They even give you 2 free tokens to use in the laser gun arcade section. Nice place. Fabulous. If you have boy scouts, good if you have kids. Free on Sundays.
