Mission

The core mission of Maryland AGC is to be the premier resource in the region for owners, lending sources, and public entities for the selection of general contractors and construction managers for their commercial projects, consistent with our core values of skill, integrity, responsibility, and leadership. We will do this by:

Effective Networks: facilitating regular interaction on common issues among general contractors and construction managers and their potential customers, suppliers, and partners;

Effective Advocacy: shaping public policy and practice through lobbying and political action to support members’ success;

Effective Training: providing in person and remote access to the highest quality training and development for every employee in our members’ companies, from craftsmen to senior executives.
