I feel so fortunate to live in a state that is home to such a juggernaut in the audio/video world as Gramophone is. The staff there is the best in the business and make you feel right at home. They always remind me why “brick and mortar” is best in the way they take care of their customers. There is a gentleman there by the name of Warren that is another level when it comes to customer service. He is so personable it is like talking to your best friend who just happens to be a wealth of expertise and advice. Forget “add to cart” with a faceless website and go see the folks at Gramophone. You’ll be happy you did.

We had a large installation done at our home by Gramophone  last year.  It was quite complicated with a number of devices and I could not be happier with the results. 
The pricing of the appliances was competitive with the most aggressive online site, but it was the installation and follow up that really impressed me. Everything works as intended and when that inevitable blip occurs, even a year after the installation,  Gramophone follows up immediately  to make things right.
I want to especially thank my consultant John Paranilam for his vision and integrity. He is one of  the best  and most knowledgeable service professionals I have ever worked with.
 When friends call me for a recommendation I always recommend Gramophone without hesitation.

I was in need of a phono preamp, and even though I walked in 15 minutes before they closed (on a Saturday!), Chris was patient, helpful, and got me exactly what I needed.  He was friendly and chatted me up about my system at home, not just to help choose the best component for me, but because he was genuinely curious.  Good job all around.

I was very impressed with the time that the Gramophone team took to determine what I wanted and needed BEFORE making recommendations. This was a refreshing approach.  The quality of work and product that was delivered has brought us back to Gramophone for additional upgrades to our outdoor areas as well.

So impressed! You couldn't ask for a better customer experience or support than from the crew at Gramophone. Picked up a great pair of speakers, power management, and a receiver from here. They were the floor models, so got a great deal. Although they are capable of catering to those with a large (VERY LARGE) budget, they were more than happy to help me out, despite a small budget. If you're looking into getting a sound system, from something basic to full out surround theater expertly wired throughout your house, you need to check these guys out! Special thanks to Miles who went above and beyond to make sure I was content with my system.
