I have had a fairly good experience with this office /personnel. I have been trying to make do with a devastating  injury,  and I believe that they're  doing all things possible to help me be comfortable through a long recovery  process.

The Doctor seemed fine...The issue lies completely with the schedule person, Vicky. I was approved for Surgery by my primary and my cardiologist. On Feb 18th Dr. Ruth recommended surgery and I still have not had anything scheduled. I was told in March the latest hold up was the doctor would be out till the 6th...its now the 20th and I still have not heard anything

Wow, I was shocked to have such an experience in Solvang.  Service was horrible from start to finish.  Receptionist was in the back gabbing when I arrived and it took 15 minutes for her to come to the front to acknowledge me.  Waited for another 30 minutes, not horrible, but not great either.  The exam room was filthy.  Trash overflowing and trash on the floor, including a finger cast.  It looked as if they hadn't vacuumed in months.  They wanted to do X Rays even after I told 2 other people that worked there that I had them 2 days prior.  Their computers were down and so they wanted to do another set, but of course charge me.  I refused and miraculously the computers started working again.  My exam room door as well as eveyone elses exam room doors were left open the entire visit.  I could hear eveyone's issues and I am sure they could hear mine.  The doctor had no bed side manners and was unfriendly.  The entire experience was terrible and I felt as if I was in a free clinic outside of the United States.
