First appointment today. Office staff were great, Dr. Proctor was great. I'm confident my injuries will be resolved as best as is possible.
Hi, I'm a very straight and forward person. I'm not trying to find friendship at the doctor's office. I just need to know, can you do the job! Dr. Proctor is a straight and forward doctor with his patients. He takes time to listen for any questions or concerns that I needed. I believe that him and Jenna make a good team I like that about them. Dr. Proctor leaves the room and Jenna balances out the visit for any other questions that the patient may have. Most of all I like how their a team, being productive. They know how to keep going, keep moving. Thank you, Elouise Foreman
Everyone was very kind, including Dr. Proctor. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns without me feeling rushed.
Dr Proctor in my experience is with knee surgery very good. He gives you the time to explain and he listens and will talk to you about cool experiences. He's cool!
Initial visit: Dr Proctor was prompt in seeing me and is quite direct. Even if that is not your cup of tea, bear with it. You're there for his expertise. This was my first visit with this office. The entire staff were very efficient, busy and kind. You don't always find all that in one office, so props to the providers and staff. Five months later: I reached permanent and stationary on my work comp claim. While I was not sure what to expect from Dr Proctor, I was so pleased with his being such an advocate for the patient and recognizing limitations, even after surgery. Jen is great too!! I will return for any other needs I may have without reservation.
Overall excellent service .Thank you Dr. Practor it’s been almost fourth months since I had my shoulder surgery and if I had to do it again , I would have it done with Dr.Practor . Thank you
Dr. Proctor, besides being a world class orthopedic surgeon, has a very old school manner with his patients. I was wearing a t-shirt with an emblem on its breast. He asked about the importance of it. Small thing but very human. We chatted about our kids he had repaired my son's left elbow years ago just normal stuff. He was in no hurry. I felt I wasn't part of an assembly line where rapid production is the mantra. You can trust him and his PA completely.
Dr. Proctor is taking a slow, meticulous approach to my care which is comforting to me...as a present and former patient, I can testify to his skill as a surgeon. One of the best doctors of any specialty that I've seen. Everyone in his practice are knowledgeable and caring.
This will be my second surgery with Dr. Proctor on June 3rd. I find him extremely capable and caring and easy to understand when asking about medical terminology and procedures. Also, which is important to me he has a lovely sense of humor. His staff is professional, Knowledgeable and warm to converse with.
Excellent care, at Alta Orthopedic from Dr Proctor. He always answers every one of my questions, very educational. Highly recommend for shoulder and knee issues. Has helped me for many years with pain and arthritis issues.
