I'm a 23 year old entrepreneur. Landlords, insurance agents and plenty of other businesses take one look at me and decide to brush me off as a 'kid'. Two different agencies sat with me to answer some questions, but even after 3 or 4 calls and a few walk-ins, they refused to put together a quote with the assumption that I was a waste of time. Don't even get me started on landlords and car dealers. Needless to say, the whole starting up process was a battle.

Then I came across Ron's business card at a local restaurant and saw that they had a Watertown office, right near my own office, so I figured I'd give it another try before I just called up companies directly.

I walked in and waited a minute or two for him to finish up something at the front desk and he took me right into his office. I felt as though he was actually interested in what my company does (it's a digital marketing agency) and told me about my options. By lunch the next day I got a call with a pretty good quote for insurance that was 100% tailored to my industry. He went through each and every line of coverage with me making sure that I understood it all.

Ron is great, and everyone in both of his offices are just as pleasant. Would recommend to anyone.

Ron is extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to sell insurance.  I tried to cancel my policy with him and was told several times by him and his secretary that the policy was in fact, cancelled.  Wrong.  They did not send a request for cancellation and a significant amount of money was taken from my account.  When I called, furious, he hung up on me and refused to take ownership of such a despicable act.  Now my account is over drawn which as we all know can throw off all checks that I've written and cause me significant trouble.  He is unreliable not trustworthy and I would advise everyone to be aware of his greedy ways and to think about a different more reputable company.  Good luck if you meet Ron!!!!

Loved working with the staff at Associated Insurance Agency.  They  were sensantive with my situation and apprecited it that.  Looking for a long relationship with Ron & Vanessa.
