Eliane is an amazing insurance agent.  She is very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  I had very bad experience in the past with insurance agents, but this time was different, I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting the right coverage for me and for a price I could afford to pay.  Eliane is very friendly and takes the time to explain the outs of the insurance industry.  I was very happy with the experience I I recommend Global Alliance Insurance to everyone.

was looking for a new insurance for my vehicle after my teen daughter got her license.  My current agent is never available and he's employees are clueless.  So I decide to shop around and I found a flyer for Global Alliance Insurance.  I decided to call and I spoke with the agent Eliane, from the greeting I knew I was dealing with someone knowledgeable  and understanding of my needs.  Eliane asked me basic questions and explained what type of coverage I needed and most important she was able to give me the peace of mind regarding having my teen daughter on my policy, I was very nervous about that.  Eliane help me trough out the process and invite me to meet her in the office to finalize the purchase.  I was very impressed with everything I found, form the neat of the office, her trustworthy personality to how easy and timeless was the entire process.  I am very satisfied and I will recommend Eliane and Global Alliance Insurance Agency to everyone I know.
