I've been here twice and each time was unimpressive for patient care. The staff was great, personable. The doctor I saw lacks empathic interaction. This last visit I had a biopsy. Slice, bandage, out the door...absolutely zero discussion on after care, showering, what to expect or watch for. After a week it's still inflamed and yellowish, so I'm going to my primary.

Had a good experience here. Front desk got me processed in and I was roomed on time. Visit went quick and Dr. Mischke did a great job and explained in detail what was needed.

I saw Dr. Mischke for an autoimmune disorder, and let me tell you, this guy has been so understanding and awesome when it comes to patient care. He really cares about the needs of his patients, and is so sympathetic with your conditions. He will definitely be the doctor I recommend if friends ask. Also, their receptionists are very organized and very flexible when you have questions or want to set up an appointment. Favorite specialist facility I've been to in a long time.

Not sure if the others caught these doctors on a bad day but I had a very good experience. Receptionist wasn't warm and friendly but many aren't and she was not rude. I would rather them do their job right (quickly and accurately). When you deal with people everyday it wears you out. I know from years of experience. Yes the doctor (Dr. Paksad) was quick to tell me my options but he gave me them slowly and politely and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. He explained everything with solid detail and assured me I had nothing to worry about unless I wanted him to worry about it. He was not quick to tell me we should remove it. He did not want to follow up unless I wanted to. All the right things in my point of view. In and out and back to work. A few notes: * I had an abnormal dark spot 1/2 inch round on my face (Seborrheic Keratoses I came to find out) that has grown over the years but they run in my family. ** Also note I am not a regular here. This was my first time and only experience. *** Only reason for four stars is because I do not have a comparison. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

I had my surgery procedure today and it was completely pain free! Nice Doctor and staff! Thumbs up!
