First time here with daughter who has a concussion. The staff was WONDERFUL, friendly, courteous and prompt!! From the 2 lovely ladies at the reception desk, Dr. Ryan Williams who personally came to the waiting room, on time 😊😊, to greet us and was thorough, definitely most excellent in describing what was needed, what was going on, and answering all our questions.... to his assistant getting us the needed referrals, forms and in general finishing the visit off in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. Highly, very highly, recommend!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I now have to pay $1,500 + for tests that told me nothing about my condition. I know there is something wrong. I just want help. They are not helpful and I would spend my money somewhere else if I were you. I will not be coming here ever again. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Masood is the BEST neurologist ever. He is so kind, patient and great at what he does.

The people at this location are nice enough but weren't invested in my care. They were difficult to get in contact with and took far too long to respond to my questions; it took weeks to get a simple yes/no answer on whether I could take birth control alongside my current medication. Also, because of their lack of care I even had my driver's license revoked because they failed to sign a simple form for me in time even though I'm physically fit to operate a vehicle. I don't have particularly high standards but I was truly disappointed that these people cared so little about my health.
