I saw Dr Kheterpal and he and his nurse were awesome! I was in a lot of pain and surgery was scheduled quickly for me. I definitely recommend him. He was nice and informative. It will say it's a busy practice, but they seem to have a good system in place.

I will never visit this place again for myself or my family.  My son needed to see the doctor and we were scheduled for a 3:10 appointment with the pediatric urologist.  We arrived 20 minutes early to find 4 check-in windows but only ONE accepted pediatric patients. It was also the only one with a long line. The others were empty.  The line wrapped in front of the door, making it open and close constantly. After 20 minutes of standing in line, we finally got to the desk and she just said "who are you."  No HI, no sorry about the wait, no welcome. She asked lots of questions for the file since we were a new patient, never smiled, never even made eye contact with us.  Seemed like she was bored and doing us a favor to even speak with us.  When I finally finished answering all of her questions, she gave me some paperwork to fill out.  The papers asked the SAME questions. After filling them out, I took them back up and she picked three spaces and said you have to fill that out also. I pointed out that she already had the information entered in the system, "yes, but now you have to write it on the paper."  There are blanks to sign saying you've read and understand their HIPPA policy which they haven't provided anywhere.  When I asked, I was told "Oh, it's just the standard policy."  I had to push to get a copy. By the time she said "wait over there" it was already 3:30. I was extremely tempted to say "never mind, we'll go elsewhere" but I knew we'd be charged the late cancellation fee of $100. The doctor was abrupt and even my son said he felt brushed off. The only person who listened and was personable was the lady who took us from the waiting room to the exam room and asked us for some details about why we were there.  Never again will I deal with this office or subject my family to them.

Avoid this place at all costs! Literally! They will hide fees, change appointment labels so they can charge you more, and they are so rude!! We went in for a routine infant circumcision which was going to be just shy of $200. When the doctor took a look at my son he said he couldn’t do it at that time because of an abnormality and to come back when he was a year old. So we went to the desk to check out and they doubled the price saying it was a consultation fee since the doctor gave us advice. The doctor didn’t say, “I’m about to advise you and it will double your charge.” I was so shocked and when I tried to contest they stone-walled and became very rude. 
I called back later to cancel the follow-up. I was kind because I had no cause to be rude to this lady. However, as soon as she got the info on the appointment she said, “I’m canceling the appointment.” And then hung up. No “Have a nice day” or “goodbye.” 
They have crooked business ethics and a very rude staff!

Due to issues with our insurance at the time the office charged us almost $400 for a 5 minute visit where all the doctor did was tell us to come back in 9 months. Despite trying to work out a solution with the admin staff they were unwilling to help out in any way. So we paid the $400. About 9 months later we realized we hadn't cancelled the appointment they scheduled. When we called to cancel the staff was very rude and immediately hung up once they cancelled the appt. This is the type of service I get for paying $400 for 5 minutes of your time? Please save yourself the frustration and pick a better Urologist office.

Rude Staff. No one seems happy. Mostly incompetent care. Doctor sees you for 5 minutes while you wait and hour. Doctor wants you to get a cat scan but are Required to pay $660 up front or no CAT Scan. Insurance included! Radiology is part of their business. Extra cash for them. With high anxiety my physical ill health still exists. What am I to do?
