My experience was top notch today. The doctor was very patient and took time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate that. I was not given a lot of information with no explanation. I left the office a lot calmer than when I went in. Everyone was efficient and patient.

Really happy with the care a received here from Dr. Kevin Hueman. He actually seemed concerned about my ear issue and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. Minus one star for the less-than-helpful office staff. They basically ignored me while I was trying to check in.

Fraudulent billing practices. Dr. Roberts is great, unfortunately, this office makes decisions about which tests to perform based on the insurance they have listed in their notes, not what is medically necessary or justified. Unfortunately, for us, their notes contained an error, and our vision insurance doesn't cover Glaucoma tests for 7 year olds who see perfectly in glasses. But, they won't admit their error, and instead demand payment for these unnecessary and un-requested services.

Julie Rockerfeller has been amazing as my daughters Speeth therapist. Dr. Hulka was an extremely friendly and personable doctor and did a great job on my daughter's surgery. I have been very happy with the care at the Cary office.
