I had to wait 3 months for a very important biopsy appointment because they are so booked up. I often go elsewhere to get immediate doctor needs done. Like I'm sitting at women's clinic to find my mirena instead of going here because who knows how long I'll have to wait. I'm on the phone on hold for 30 to 40 minutes just to talk to ANYONE.

3rd writing,(first 2 weren't very nice).Totally tired of waiting to get prescription refills, happened many times over the last 12 months...stress!!!! Pharmacy called, I called twice, 3 business days still no prescription refill. Dr Palmiscno failed at covering for Dr. Mcintosh this week. It's sad day, I've been going to AFM for about 18 years and I think it's time to find a new Dr's office. Dr. Mcintosh always did amazing when I could see him. It would be better just to forgo the prescriptions and let your health fail then deal with the stress it causes for the Dr's office to get the simple job done of sending the prescription order to the Pharmacy. I can't recommend this office.

I am absolutely so pleased with this office and associates in family medicine as a whole. I work in the medical field so I know what awesome care looks like and these guys are so great. Every single doctor, nurse, medical assistant, receptionist has been wonderful. Thanks for taking such good care my family and I!

The doctors and staff are great but, on average, it takes 5-10 minutes to have a phone call answered. That is really frustrating.

I had a pain in my upper abdomen in the spring. I went into Associates and the Dr. concluded I had a heart attack. They had me drive over to the ER at Medical Center of the Rockies. The physicians at MCR ran tests and concluded I did not have a heart attack, but diverticulitis. When I went back to the Dr. at Associates she did not believe the iagnosos of diverticulitis and was still convinced it was my heart. She loaded me up with BP meds, which within a few weeks sent me back into the ER and then the hospital with Pancreatitis. Ok, so Medicine is not full proof. But, every time I need a refill of a prescription Associates makes me come in for an exam. I call them on the phone and frequently will wait 30 to 40 minutes. I finally decided enough was enough and was on a waiting list to see a new doc. In the meantime, I was 15 minutes late for two appointments(I have a chaotic schedule right now) and they refused to see me. They then sent me a letter firing me as a patient for missed appointments. I am okay with that. I think I would rather be on a waiting list for good practitioners. The funny thing is that the lobby is always empty at Associates. Also, I work in a building across the parking lot and the spaces in front of Associates are always empty. I have to wonder how the practice is doing.
