Bob had initially done work re plumbing the exterior lines for my pool equipment, and rebuilt the pool motor.  Initially, I was impressed with Bob's work, but a few months later I realized that he hadn't hooked up the backwash line from the filter.  I have called for months now asking Bob to follow through on what I paid him to do, but he has not come out to complete the work.  Very disappointed.
