Despite all the negative reviews me and my husband still gave it a go. When we walked in it was nice and clean a/c on asked which massage well like I chose the $20 1hr foot massage plus neck arms head back and hands the guy who did my massage was ruff on certain parts and on some parts I just wanted to fall asleep how relaxed and great it made me feel . I give it 3 stars because it was very relaxed they had music playing but in the middle of the massage this lady kept walking in and out talking to our massuse it kept making me loose concentration while I was tryn to relax and they get 3 stars for his ruff he was man was he ruff lol but despite the ruffness its so worth $20 bucks excellent and afterwards I did feel really loose strange but try it out despite the reviews you might like it. Its okay
