This place has nice flowers... It's just a dis-organized business. Make sure you call ahead and know what you want otherwise you'll be rolling the dice.

Terrible service and horrible with price gauging. Went to find Calalillys and at any shop I've ever been they are $5 a head. They wanted $50 for 5 wrapped in a large leaf and when asked why they aren't lower I received a horrible attitude. Wouldn't ever go back

I've been here twice. The first time, they didn't have my order ready on time, to correct the error they upgraded my order which was a fair compromise. The second time, after calling in several days in advance, there was no record of my order when I showed up. Additionally, even though they have a website, when you call in and reference a product online, they have no idea what you're talking about nor do they make an effort to look at the Internet when you call. Third, when I came in and they had no record, one employee, I guess she thought she was speaking under her breath, made a comment to her coworker, suggesting that I didn't call in the first place. My first visit was an honest mistake, the second visit was inexcusable.

Awesome experience, every time. Great customer service, beautiful flowers each time. I would not go any place else.

I called Aster's Florist Shop in Westmont the last minute for a funeral piece to be delivered for that day. The owner & staff were very accommodating and the funeral piece was nicer than I imagined. I recommend them highly.
