I had such high hopes for this store coming into the area but now this basically a self service big box retailer with absolutely no customer service! During two different times we spent over an hour there looking for patio furniture-, at no time did anyone come up to ask if they could help us. There were only 2 people working in the entire store & when we asked for service the clerk visibly groaned and said she would send someone to help - but no one came over!

So disappointed! The store is huge and has lots of great items to choose from. BUT...watch out for their signage! A giant sign that said all Christmas 90% off. Found two wrapping paper storage bags in the pile of things. Got to the check out and was told that "storage is never one sale." I said the sign said ALL Christmas was 90% off and this was on the shelf. I asked the cashier (very nicely) if I could please speak with a manager to ask them about it. She told me (in a very snappy tone) "I'll tell them." And then told the person behind me in line that she could ring them up. Completely ignored my request. What a great way to LOSE customers!!!

Incredible selection. Be prepared to spend a few hours here, especially if it is your first time browsing.

Was expecting more. Goods seem standard and overpriced for what you pay for. You are better off finding better stuff at savers or goodwill for half the price.
