Very disappointed after they attempted a bait and switch on delivery and installation of a dishwasher. The reason I purchased from them was a promised delivery and installation during the evening. When their delivery and installers called, not only would it be at a much later date, it could also only be done during weekday business hours, not evenings as they promised. Missing a day of work considerably raises the total cost of the dishwasher. There solution was either I take the work day off and wait longer, or I could cancel the delivery and installation and pick it up and install myself. After being lied to, I do not feel comfortable doing any business with them. I will never be back.

I really appreciate the staff at this store. They're always around and ready to help. It's really nice to not have to hunt for someone when need assistance.

These guys are always helpful and cheery. They remember us by name and always thank my husband for his military service. A great place for all of your home needs.

I am very disappointed in Ken, the worker over by aisle 22. We were looking at installation for our home and we had asked him if there were any more in back of a certain product. We stayed in that aisle for 20 minutes, waiting for him to come back, which he never came back, so when we went to go find him, he was helping someone else and couldnt help us anymore and wouldnt even tells us if they had more or not. So being pissed off we went to look for a manager and all they told us was "he is retiring soon". WHY DOES IT MATTER IF HE IS RETIRING SOON, HE NEEDS TO DO HIS JOB, OR JUST STOP WORKING. Very disappointed in the store and there staff. Never shopping at that store again, id rather give my business to Menards.
