Would give 0 stars if allowed. I'd call it a general lack of give a damn. Cheap products that look good. Not sure of the quality. Customer service is incredibly lacking and when a representative did finally want to pay attention were not interested in making a sale or helping. We were in line ready to spend $1500. They aren't sales representatives, just seem to be cashiers. They must survive entirely on their low cost.

Enormous store. Super clean. Lots of cool stuff. Largest collection of outdoor furniture pads i've ever seen. Pricey but worth a look.

Unorganized store, items just piled on shelves, still in white cardboard so you can't even tell what's there, mirrors, canvas rows covered on floor, outside area with cushions all over floor. Christmas already stocking: so much for halloween/thanksgiving. no staff support. Terrible shopping experience.

Would of gave this place 0 stars if I could. I usually love coming to this store, but first time stepping foot into tempe, az location. We got in to the store at 8:50pm, we heard an announcement that the store was close around 9pm. Me and my fiance were confused because the store hours said 11pm. As it is Christmas time many stores stay open a little later. We tried to go back in the mall but they had already locked us in the store without checking to make sure no one was in the store. We asked to speak to the manager and was ignored. We finally located the manager after dealing with rude staff to see if she would let us back from where we came. The manager Lou Anne told us "I don't care about where you parked, the store is closed and I don't have to deal with you." After muttering out a few curse words at us, I told her I would be contacting corporate. She stated, " I don't give a damn if you call corporate my managers will back me." I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and felt stupid as I forced my fiance to go in the store after raving about it. If this is the type of people you have running your stores, I may never shop here again. Totally ruined my view of what always seemed to be a relaxing beautiful store. I will make sure to tell others to be cautious about entering the location in the Mills Mall in Tempe, az.
