Reviews

Worker here including managers don't care about there customers. They have 3 workers on cashier n about 20 or more people in line. Obviously this company doesn't care if customers walk away n put down there items. So they rather loose money than make. Talked to some employees here their response was they don't expect to have alot people checking out. And they have other jobs. I thought retail businesses care and put customers first. Not here. I don't care I probably won't be back.

I like this store. They have most everything electronics. I was upset when my computer got an update on Black Friday and suddenly my video card would no longer support dual monitors (it was very old). Being Black Friday I stood in line for over an hour to check out. When rebuilding it with parts from Fry's, the y had only a couple of network wifi adapters. When I got home and opened the one they suggested, I discovered it didn't have drivers for Windows 10, and the online forums said there were only "workarounds" to get it running. Taking
 it back, I stood in line for another half hour to checkout. This shouldn't have been on the shelf.

Always the same old tricks at Fry's, Mark prices high and if you can find the 10 plus other brick and mortar electronic stores that offer it for 30 percent or more cheaper then they will match the price. Otherwise you get to pay more for trusting them to have good prices. Do not ever buy something from Fry's electronics unless it is on sale.  Also good luck finding someone to help you, almost everyone you ask will tell you sorry this is not my department and then go about their day without helping you find someone who can help you. When you finally do find someone that works in the department that your interested in, they have no idea what is in their department. They also have no idea how to advise you on anything in their department.  So I hope you have your phone on you so you can do research on what you're looking for. 

FYI: If you believe in the 2nd amendment, Fry's Electronics does not believe in your right. Leave your gun in your car they will not allow you in the store and if you carry concealed make sure your shirt does not ride up or you'll be asked to leave, even if you have a concealed carry permit.

Chandler in the computer hardware department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was helping a friend put a new rig together, and he helped us to pick out the best parts to fit my friend's needs, rather than sticking to any one brand or just trying to go for the most expensive parts in stock.

This is the first and only time I've had one of your associates accompany us through the hardware section since I normally know what I want before I arrive, and I'm happy that you guys have such helpful staff for less informed customers.

Love the selection of electronics and other items. Best place to buy unlocked phones. They also sell fragrances and cosmetics, magazines and more. 
Prices are reasonable depending on the item. 
Overall, a great store.
